The Back team was great. They helped me through the decision process, found a suitable alternative within my budget, and constructed the patio cover as designed. The construction team communicated very well and was there to do the work when they stated (even in the bitter cold). Great experience and am looking forward to opportunities to utilize them on other upcoming projects.

We had a long list of Handyman tasks as well as a bigger hardwood flooring project. Great experience from the start. Lisa took my initial call and was pleasant and knowledgeable. Wes Dickerson in sales came to our property promptly and patiently walked through the house to note all the repairs & maintenance we required. The quote was detailed and fairly priced. Eric Reynolds was our project manager & he too has been thorough and on top of things. Biggest praise goes out to Sergei Kirilyuk - super nice man and did a great job on all the handyman items. We’re moving on to the flooring project now and expect that to be a good experience also. I have had prior experiences with Back Construction via my job and they’ve always been top notch. Highly recommended.

We needed several small projects done at our home and used Back Construction's Handyman Department. Mikael Miller was our Project Developer - he came to the house and we discussed all the options, then he drew up a proposal. On the designated day Schon Holman, our Project Manager and Technician arrived on time and completed all 4 projects. Again, he was open to suggestions and together we fine-tuned the designs and in the end all projects were completed to our complete satisfaction. He also told us the final bill would be less than promised...great news! Throughout the entire process everyone was professional, competent and friendly. We cannot recommend Back Construction highly enough!

Back Construction just finished some remodeling work on my bathroom. I couldn’t more pleased with the outcome. Christine did a a fine job of designing the project within my budget. Tim Phillips, the lead carpenter, and the subcontractors were true crafsmen, and Shon Holman, the Project Manager, did an outstanding job of overseeing the work and keeping the project moving forward. I especially appreciated Shon’s skill and professionalism and his ability to deal effectively with the little glitches that inevitably arise during a remodel. It was a pleasure working with the entire Back team. Highly recommended.

Our experience with bath remodel was totally positive. Schon Holman, the project manager, was exceptional. Initially, he gave us the weekly schedule for subcontractors. Daily, he told us what time the subcontractors would be here. Schon would visit the site regularly to make sure everything was done correctly. He is very meticulous with the work that was done, and we appreciated that so much. Also, wanted to thank David Toews, project manager, Christine Schmidt, designer, Tim Phillips & William Hundley, carpenters, and Aaron Haney, drywall/painter. We were impressed not only with their trade, but they also took the time to respect our home, by laying down plastic & cleaning their spaces afterwards. Remodeling is always challenging, having people around daily. But, this team made it much more bearable & the finished bath is beautiful. I highly recommend Back Construction.

I called BACK Construction because I had heard of their excellent reputation. Initially, I was not aware of the wide variety of services they offer. I was pleasantly surprised to learn they could provide everything I needed. Mikael Miller, Project Developer, came to my home and went over in detail what would be done. Mikael is professional, personable, accessible, and extremely knowledgeable. He created an excellent, detailed proposal. Eric Reynolds, Project Manager, oversaw all of the different aspects of the process, Eric did a comprehensive, incredible job. He kept me informed regularly and was very accessible.He showed great attention to detail and kept the process moving in a timely manner. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately. Everything was excellently completed exactly as covered by the proposal. Serge Kirilyuk, Lead Supervisor, was outstanding. I can’t say enough good things about him. He took care of several parts of the project. He is very knowledgeable, skilled, and efficient. He went above and beyond, and took great care that everything was done well. He was a pleasure to work with. BACK provides good, skilled people to work in your home. Aaron Haney, Bluegrass Brush and Finish, was outstanding. He oversaw all done by his company and was readily accessible. Young Brothers Plumbing also was excellent. My experience with Back Construction could not have been better. From small handyman jobs to major renovation, they are one stop shopping. They took care of all the work my home needed, from handyman tasks to drywall repair to painting to new flooring installation. They inspire confidence and trust, and demonstrate that they care about the quality of their work and their customer service. I give them the highest of recommendations.

Had a great experience with BACK Construction. They came out to my house to look at the space and gave me several suggestions I wouldn’t have even thought of, especially around layout and functionality. They remodeled my kitchen and it turned out better than I expected — smarter cabinet placement, improved storage, and a much cleaner, more modern look overall. The work was done professionally and communication was easy throughout the process. Because of how well the kitchen came out, I already have them scheduled to start my bathroom remodel next month. I’d definitely recommend BACK Construction to anyone looking for kitchen or bathroom remodeling.

We had a fantastic experience with our kitchen, den, and exterior railings renovation from start to finish. The team communicated clearly every step of the way, paid close attention to the details that mattered to us, and delivered truly high-quality work. We were even able to successfully start the project while out of town thanks to their excellent communication—daily progress photos and a clear agenda for the next day’s activities kept us completely informed and confident. We always felt listened to and confident in the process. Highly recommend! Thank you to Wes Dickerson for giving us the confidence to move forward with BACK on our renovation. Special thanks to Schon Holman, our project manager, who gave great attention to the details, communicates clearly, kept everything organized, transparent, and moving smoothly; Tara Carnefix, our designer, who presented thoughtful design options, helped guide us through countless decisions, and perfectly aligned our aesthetic vision with expert guidance; and Tim Phillips, our carpenter, who worked hard, was personable, punctual, and made sure the jobsite was clean at the end of every day. Even our cat was well cared for during the renovation, and we really appreciated how patient and considerate the crew was. Overall, the combination of great communication, strong design support, craftsmanship, and genuine care made this an outstanding experience. We couldn’t be happier with the results. I usually don't do reviews as a general rule however the stark difference between past experiences and my experience with BACK compels me to do this review. You simply never know who will show up when you have work done on your home, which over the years has lead to just simply figuring out how to do things on my own. Thankfully given enough time I'm fairly competent with most home improvements but the remodel of our master bath involved moving plumbing and tile work that I simply was uncomfortable with attempting on my own. I had heard good things about BACK and from the very start getting a detailed contract from David and then having Christine virtually provide details of what our new bathroom would look like made us very comfortable and confident in moving forward. The end product looks exactly like Christine's visualizations. Christine made the selection of everything so easy from plumbing fixtures, tile, cabinets, countertop, paint and grout colors to the smallest of details like the position of a grab bar. When you start this process you have no idea of all the decisions that are going to be involved. James and Shawn showed up and made quick work of the demo but when it came time to start putting things back together I was amazed by the craftmanship and attention to detail, always asking before proceeding to make sure it's what we wanted. It's rare to find people that care about your home like it was theirs. By the end I was almost ready to hand them the keys, true craftsmen. Young Brothers plumbing made moving the toilet and shower across the room a snap and made quick work of the final install. Well beyond my abilities. I would hire them again without reservation. The tile work involved a mosaic inset in the shower and the end product is simply amazing. I never would have been able to achieve this level of quality. Any bumps where quickly flattened by Mike. I was more interested in the quality of work than the amount of time it took but Mike
